Enzo Maresca has backed Manchester City to remain focused despite the controversy surrounding the Premier League verdict involving the club.
The Manchester City manager believes the club has the full trust of its players, insisting that the ongoing situation should not distract the team from its footballing ambitions.
Maresca’s comments come as City prepare for a major Premier League test against Liverpool at Anfield. The fixture could prove crucial, with both sides looking to strengthen their position in the title race.
Despite the pressure surrounding the club, Maresca says the players remain focused on the challenge ahead and are determined to let their performances on the pitch do the talking.
Now, all eyes will be on Anfield to see whether Manchester City can turn that confidence into a statement result against Liverpool.
